As a Fashion Buyer
, you will play a key role in the purchasing process for luxury fashion products, ensuring that our product selection aligns with market trends and customer preferences. Your responsibilities will include research and forecast upcoming fashion trends, selecting and purchasing quality products, and building strong relationships with suppliers. You will also monitor the flow of products and payments to ensure the smooth operation of the Purchasing Department.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer preferences and buying patterns to guide selections.
• Maintain a balanced product mix (n-o-s items, new trends, and seasonal specials).
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with marketing teams, merchandisers and sales teams to avoid over/understocking.
• Analyze sales performance and make adjustments to orders or reorders.
• Working along with the purchasing department to resolve defects or production issues.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to make sure on-time-delivery instructions.
• Monitor a smooth payment flow for available invoices.

Requirements

• Fashion Enthusiast especially in luxury brand.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in Fashion Merchandising / Business Administration / Finance.
• Have experience min. 3 years as Buyer/ Merchandiser, preferably in luxury retail fashion / multibrands fashion.
• Strong proficiency in Ms Office, especially in Ms. Excel.
• Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in English.
• Have knowledge of visual merchandising principles, inventory management tools and vendor management.
• Demonstrates ownership and has a sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work in long working hour according to Supplier working hour.
