Responsibilities:

  • Set targets, develop strategies, analyze data, and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate sales staff and supervisors.
  • Maintain high service standards, resolve complaints, and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee displays, and track product movements.
  • Execute campaigns, manage promotions, and collaborate with marketing teams.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure proper cash handling.
  • Prepare reports, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, legal standards, and store safety.
  • Foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and lead by example.
  • Stay updated on product trends and train staff accordingly.
  • Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
    Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5–10 years of sales or sales management experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Success in achieving sales goals or quotas.
  • Able to close high-value deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a network of potential clients or partners.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and lead a sales team to exceed targets.
