About the role

As a Management Trainee at JSL Brands, you will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting career in the retail and consumer products industry. This is a contract position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, offering hands‑on experience and the chance to develop your skills across various aspects of store management.

• Participating in a comprehensive training programme to gain expertise in all facets of retail store operations
• Assisting in the day‑to‑day management of store operations, including inventory control, sales planning, and customer service
• Developing an understanding of visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and budgeting
• Collaborating with the broader team to implement strategic initiatives and drive store performance
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall success of the business

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and lead a team
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities to make data‑driven decisions
• Passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant qualifications or previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be an advantage
