Store Manager - Gorontalo

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Create sales strategies and execute initiatives to drive performance.
• Monitor daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues or complaints.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of company policies and SOPs.
• Analyze sales reports and implement improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams for promotions, product knowledge, and reporting.

• Minimum education:
  
  Diploma III or Bachelor’s Degree (any major).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented and able to handle high‑pressure environments.
• Willing to work on shift schedule (mall hours) including weekends and public holidays.
