- Develop and implement online and offline strategies for organic growth, engagement, and collaboration in Reapra communities, new generations of founders or those interested in Reapra themes
- Organize events, workshops, and initiatives to foster a strong sense of community among members
- Actively network and establish connections with potential entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and partners
- Lead the strategic vision for the community, aligning efforts with Reapra's long-term goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall impact of community-building initiatives
- Leverage social media platforms to promote Reapra, staying updated on trends and engaging with the community online
- Involved in founder sourcing and continuous learning process

Benefits- Arrangement:
