Responsibilities3>
- Create new programs and modify as required by the business unit
- Prepare system solution for root cause as preventive action
- Create all necessary program documentation based on CMMI standards
- Perform 24‑hour support for investigation and recovery of production problems that involve application failure
- Prepare progress reports for all work performed
- Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year as an IT Application Programmer or Software Engineer
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Knowledge in mobile development (Android/iOS) is a must
