- Memberikan pelayanan terbaik secara professional kepada members
- Mencapai target pekerjaan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan
- Memiliki minat di bidang olahraga
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia mengikuti program training selama 3 minggu
- Bersedia ditempatkan di club FIT HUB yang ditentukan
- Memiliki kemampuan membina hubungan baik dengan members
- Terbuka untuk gym enthusiast (min. latihan 3x seminggu)
