• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in logistics, freight forwarding, air cargo, gateway operations, or bonded warehouse/TPS management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
• Strong understanding of gateway workflows: inbound/outbound processing, customs clearance flow, flight scheduling, consolidation, sorting, linehaul coordination, and daily operation control.
• Skilled in creating, implementing, and improving SOPs to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
• Experience coordinating and negotiating with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking vendors, and other logistics partners.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, bonded warehouse requirements, air cargo compliance, and customs documentation standards.
• Comfortable working professionally with relevant authorities when required.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in using data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, plan resources, and improve KPIs.
• Proficient in operational systems such as Customs System (CEISA/TPS Online), TMS/WMS or freight forwarding platforms, as well as strong Excel/reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, both internally and externally.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Adaptable, disciplined, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Customer‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
