Senior Distribution Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Distribution Supervisor to join our team at PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products. You will oversee fleet management, monitor daily distribution performance, and coordinate with related departments to support smooth and effective supply chain activities.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in Distribution or Logistics
• Excellent skills in distribution planning and inventory control
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
• Familiar with transportation regulations and safety standards (K3)

• Responsible for achieving distribution and delivery targets.
• Monitor fleet requirements and ensure vehicle availability in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily product needs to support effective distribution.
• Monitor distributor fund requirements to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports prepared by the distribution team.
