Logistic Officer

Responsible in handling the transhipment materials.

Support the interface between logistics functions such as procurement, transportation, Surveyor, Insurance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the Mobilize HV Equipment and Materials. Logistics functions are efficient.

Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures. Logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met.

Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions. Activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions are successfully coordinated.

Track shipments from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery to final destination.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained.

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

Diploma Degree of Any Major

• Min. 1 year working experiences in dealing with Logistics.
• Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Awareness of ERP system [e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards] would be an advantage but are not essential and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Familiar with Plant and Equipment and able to operate.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
