We are looking for a highly organized, self-driven Project Coordinator to support and manage web and mobile application development projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
This role requires strong task management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Task Coordination
- Coordinate web and mobile application development projects from planning to delivery
- Break down requirements into tasks, subtasks, and milestones
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Ensure timely follow-ups with developers, designers, and QA teams
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and management
- Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups and project sync meetings
- Provide clear project updates, progress reports, and escalation summaries
- Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines
AI & Productivity Tools Usage
- Use AI tools to improve planning, documentation, testing, and reporting
- Experience with tools like:
- Lovable AI
- ChatGPT / Claude / Copilot
- AI-based documentation and testing tools
- Proactively suggest AI-driven improvements to workflows
Quality & Delivery
- Support QA processes and release coordination
- Ensure tasks meet acceptance criteria before closure
- Assist in UAT coordination and production releases
- Help maintain development best practices and process improvements
Required
Skills & Qualifications Must Have
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Executive / Technical Coordinator
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with task/project management tools (e.g. Jira, Linear, Trello, Click Up, Asana)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
AI & Tools Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Practical experience using AI tools for:
- Task planning
- Documentation
- Requirement clarification
- Productivity improvement
- Familiarity with Lovable AI or similar AI-powered workflow tools is a strong plus
Good to Have
- Basic technical understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
- Backend systems (Laravel, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies
