Service Now Project Manager

Job Description :
Lead endtoend delivery of Service Now CSDM implementation projects
Define project scope timelines and resource allocation
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
Oversee governance risk management and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with technical teams Architects Developers BAs for successful execution
Prepare project documentation dashboards and status reports
Required Skills Experience
Education Bachelors in IT Computer Science PMP certification preferred
Experience 10 years in IT project management in Service Now projects
Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 Service Now modules CMDB ITOM ITSM and CSDM framework
Excellent communication vendor management and leadership skills
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
