As the go‑to person at our Invergordon branch, you will lead a team, build strong customer relationships, and keep the branch profitable.

• Lead a high‑performing team and inspire, coach and develop staff.
• Build customer‑first relationships and drive sales.
• Manage operations, stock and deliveries.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Recruit, train and mentor team.

Mon‑Fri 7:30 am‑5:00 pm; two Saturdays every 4 weeks 8:00 am‑12:00 pm.
