Corporate Administrator – NHS Highland
The NHS Highland Corporate Governance Service is seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator to provide high standard administrative support to Directors, Board and Committee meetings.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Directors to manage and prioritise mail and electronic diaries.
- Plan, organise and service Board and Committee meetings supporting the work of NHS Highland.
- Resolve day‑to‑day problems independently and liaise with other Corporate Support Team colleagues.
- Support board governance, corporate records management, risk register updates, whistleblowing standards, freedom of information requests and complaints.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Passion for innovation, continuous organisational improvement and team development.
- Strong minute‑taking ability.
- Previous experience in committee and executive support role desirable.
