Exciting Opportunity for a Residential Surveyor in Inverness

Harvey Donaldson and Gibson, one of Scotland's largest specialist residential surveying practices, is seeking a talented Residential Surveyor to join our team, covering Inverness and surrounding areas.

This role is available due to an upcoming colleague's retirement, offering you the chance to join an established, dynamic team in one of Scotland’s most desirable and picturesque locations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Home Reports for various residential properties.
• Provide mortgage valuation reports for a prestigious portfolio of blue-chip lender clients.

Qualifications & Criteria:

• Assoc
  
  RICS or M/FRICS qualification.
• Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification.
• VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) status.
• Passionate about residential surveying with a methodical and precise approach.
• Proven track record in managing claims efficiently.
• Full UK driving license.
