Dynamic, friendly 4 partner practice seeks a salaried GP (4-6 sessions). Additional days can be available.
Communication- Morning huddle
- Weekly MDTs on rotation with district and macmillan nursing, midwifery team, CMHT and health visitors
- Regular lunchtime Cluster educational sessions
- BMA study leave allocation
- Low visit rate
- Low Docman due to workflow optimisation
- Strong ethos re clinical governance and quality improvement
- Commutable distance from Inverness
- No OOH requirement, but this may be available locally
- Supportive stable practice team
- Practice provides medical support to 2 community hospitals
- 15 minute appointments
