The Role

Spearhead the full lifecycle of a major earthworks project, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to top standards. Oversee teams, operations, and technical aspects while building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project from planning to completion with full HSEQ compliance.

Manage budgets, commercial controls, and stakeholder reporting.

Supervise/mentor on-site teams for peak performance.

Handle all technical/operational delivery elements.

Ideal Candidate

Civil Engineering degree/HNC, proven full-project management experience (earthworks advantageous). Strong leadership, communication, organisational skills; full UK driving licence required.
