We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and growing large manufacturing company based in the Inverness area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long‑term, stable work.
The Role:- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Stock control and general warehouse housekeeping
- Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets
- Rotational shift pattern covering both day and night shifts
- 7:30am - 7:30pm and 7:30pm - 7:30am
- Rota provided in advance
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Good attention to detail and timekeeping
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- A strong focus on health & safety
