£13.57 per hour, rising to £14.11 after 12 weeks

We are recruiting Industrial Cleaners to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Inverness area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long‑term, stable work with great hours and a clear pay increase after 12 weeks.

As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production and facility areas. Your duties may include:

• Cleaning manufacturing and production spaces
• Ensuring work areas meet hygiene and safety standards
• Using industrial cleaning equipment
• Supporting the wider team with routine cleaning schedules
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work 12‑hour shifts
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• 4‑day working week (Monday‑Thursday)
• £13.57 per hour, increasing to £14.11 after 12 weeks
