Global Highland is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast‑paced and supportive team based in the Dalcross area of Inverness
. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop hands‑on experience in a thriving production environment.

Location: Dalcross, Inverness

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)

Salary: £12.46 per hour | £15.58 overtime rate (after 39 hours)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 6 pm
• Saturday: 7 am – 5:30 pm

Flexibility to work part time or fulltime

• Supporting production processes to meet daily targets
• Maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Working effectively as part of a team in a fast‑moving environment
• Complying with all health & safety procedures on site

• A strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a physical, fast‑paced role
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• No prior experience required – full training provided
