Cut-Flower Gardener - Wild Land Loch Ness
Location: Aldourie Castle, Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week, full time, permanent
The Role: An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled florist to join our small gardening team at Aldourie Castle, Loch Ness. You will help to develop our exceptional Scottish garden designed by Tom Stuart‑Smith on a 500‑acre estate on the banks of Loch Ness. The position offers the chance to grow and provide arrangements for our properties, assist the garden team in general maintenance, and develop your floristry and growing skills under the guidance of an experienced Lead Cut Flower Gardener.

- Partner with Hospitality Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
- Participate in Wild Land management systems and processes that support a sustainable business.
Who You Are:
You will be a creative and passionate florist with a strong understanding of plants and horticultural techniques. The role requires someone who is organised, methodical, adaptable, and committed to delivering work of the highest standard, with excellent communication skills. You should have professional experience in floristry, and ideally experience in growing cut flowers and general gardening. Due to the location of the Castle, you must hold a current valid driving licence and have your own transport.
