Position:
Full‑time contract (latest finish at midnight). Salary: £12.77 per hour plus benefits.

• Responsible for the bar, acting as a host and advisor to guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks and snacks, oversee mise en place (refill stock, maintain presentable bar), handle payments.
• Work according to HACCP standards and regulations.
• Welcome guests, take orders, provide drink and food information, entertain guests.
• Open/close bar per SOPs, maintain cash handling procedures, deposit revenue safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment; close bar at day end.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments, support bar lead with day‑to‑day operations.

• Experience in same or similar leading role.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of team leadership, bar menu engineering, cocktails and beers.
• Possession of bartender training certificates is a plus.

• High organizational skills, efficient, works under pressure.
