The Role

Wild Land is emerging as a new voice in hospitality. We are continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as our multi-faceted hospitality portfolio expands into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences, while developing our unique food offering at Aldourie castle.

To be a Chef in our team at Wild Land is a sought-after experience. Set in stunning locations, with the world-renowned Scottish living larder at your disposal, we offer an inspiring work environment and lifestyle that blends tradition and history with contemporary kitchens of the highest specification.

Respect for the quality of our seafood, game and livestock is the cornerstone of our work, and we pride ourselves on cutting edge recipes that combine simplicity with excellence and which eschew excess frivolity.

• Advantage having an experience in fine dining or high end venue.
• Someone who responds positively to short notice dining requests and special events.
