Whitbread is recruiting a Restaurant Team Member to join the team at Inshes Gate Brewers Fayre in Inverness, offering permanent hours, an immediate start, and full training with no previous experience required.

This is a customer facing role suited to someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a busy hospitality team.

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be the friendly face of Inshes Gate Brewers Fayre, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping ensure customers enjoy their visit.

You will work as part of a supportive restaurant team, delivering good customer service and helping the restaurant run smoothly during busy service periods.

The role is hands on and varied, with full training and ongoing support provided from day one.

This is a permanent role contracted at 35 hours per week.

Whitbread does not use zero hours contracts, providing stability and guaranteed hours.

The role is based at Inshes Gate Brewers Fayre, Beechwood Park, Inverness, IV2 3BW
.

This role would suit someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people.

You should be reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

No previous experience or qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.

The pay rate for this role is up to £12.26 per hour.
