Permanent Full time Up to £14 per hour

KFC Inverness is recruiting a Team Leader to support day to day restaurant operations and lead shifts on the floor.

This role suits someone with previous team leadership experience who enjoys a fast paced environment and motivating others.

You will lead shifts and support the restaurant team during service.

You will help manage staffing, stock, and daily operations.

You will coach team members and help build a positive working environment.

You will ensure customer service and food standards are consistently met.

Experience leading or supervising teams.

Strong communication and people skills.

The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.

Competitive hourly rate up to £14.
