Customer Advisor – B&Q Inverness
Full Time – 36.75 hours per week (Full flexibility required). Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pm. Permanent contract.
UK notional hourly rate £12.98 per hour (Inclusive of an £0.27 per hour store location allowance).

What’s the job?Join our team and become an expert advisor and a guide to customers on home improvement projects. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks its best. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, with exceptional customer service as your main aim.
What We NeedHappy to help, eager to learn and a little obsessed with home improvement. You’re friendly, outgoing and energized by helping others. You’re comfortable using new technology, learning new ways of working, and working well in a team. You should be flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
