Base pay: £12.70 per hour.

Hours:

42 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekend shifts. Flexibility is a must.

• Plant stock replenishment and merchandising to create fabulous plant displays
• Look after and care for our plants ensuring they are always healthy and looking great for our customers
• Advising our customers on suitable plants and products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Till operation and serving customers
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets

• Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
• Good knowledge and experience of using an EPOS system would be desirable but not essential.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about plants and plant related products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great teamwork.
• Hardworking.
• Shift flexibility including weekends.
• The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
