This is a full-time, on-site role based in Inverurie for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of growth targets. Additionally, the role requires analyzing data to develop actionable strategies and supporting the implementation of effective business development plans.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and insights.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess business data and develop actionable strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the team’s success.
• Relevant experience in business development or a related field is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline is advantageous but not required.
