Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We support vulnerable adults across England and Scotland and are currently recruiting Support Workers to help them achieve independence.
About the roleThe role is a bank Support Worker in our Aberdeenshire CLP service. You will support over 10 individuals with a broad range of needs, living in various settings. Work 7 days a week with shifts from 8 am to 10 pm (mostly 3 pm‑10 pm). No overnight support is required. No UK driving licence required.
Responsibilities- Medication administration
- Accessing day services (college, work placements, etc.)
- Personal care
- Arranging and attending appointments or meetings
- Cooking and home maintenance
- Social support and helping achieve personal goals
- Managing finances and budgets of the people you support
- Positive, motivated and reliable person with a calming presence under pressure.
- Respectful of individuals and their homes; enthusiastic about building relationships.
- No specific qualifications mandatory; experience in care or supporting vulnerable adults is an advantage.
- £13.01 per hour
- 28 days annual leave (pro‑rated for part‑time)
