6month Contract (Potentially ongoing) JANUARY START
£28,000- £30,000pa
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Pure are delighted to be recruiting a personal assistant administrator for an established finanical services business. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth running of the office example: stationary checks, managing incoming and outgoing post etc
Pre-Submission Process
Main point of contact for clients, both face to face and virtually on behalf of manager
Diary Management
Arranging Review Meetings with Prospect & Current Clients
Producing Annual Client Reports for Meetings
Running Adviser's back-office system
Sending Letters of Authorities for Clients to the relevant providers and collating required information on plans and policies
Key Skills
Ability to work under pressure

Very comfortable with numbers
Excellent telephone manner
Self-motivated and able to work comfortably solely
