About the Role

We are urgently seeking an Admin Repair Scheduler to join our team. This role is key to supporting the restructuring of the repairs service and clearing a significant disrepair backlog within six months. You will manage scheduling, coordinate legal compliance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and manage day-to-day repairs and disrepair enquiries.

* Prioritize and reduce the disrepair backlog, aiming for zero within six months.

* Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to confirm appointments and resolve issues.

* Support legal case preparation and compliance checks for disrepair claims.

* Maintain accurate records of all repair activities and legal cases.

* Assist in implementing new processes as part of the repairs service restructure
