Managing the entire document lifecycle, from development and approval to production and printing, you’ll play a key part in strategic and tactical projects that enhance how we deliver information to our customers.

If you're ready to make an impact by ensuring our documentation is accurate, efficient, and aligned with our business goals, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Manage customer-facing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, meeting SLA and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation changes with owners, securing necessary approvals and sign-offs.
  • Provide guidance and best practice support to business areas throughout the document approval process.
  • Assist project teams and the Documentation Team Manager in embedding strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate briefs and print specifications to ensure correct creation and production of documents.
  • Maintain an effective repository of all customer-facing documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Oversee global document updates, coordinating changes with suppliers to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
  • Support the design and management of product documentation for new systems and upcoming projects.

  • Experience managing multiple deliverables within tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively based on business needs.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
