You will be working closely with the existing commercial team, supporting the preparation of tenders, cost planning, valuations, and managing financial aspects of groundworks and civils projects. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to take the next step in their career.

• Experience as a QS, Estimator, or Assistant QS/Estimator within Groundworks and Civils.
• Strong understanding of cost management, tendering, and commercial processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small but busy commercial team.
• Ambition to progress. There is a structured pathway to step into a Commercial Manager role in the coming years.

• Salary: £70k–£80k for an intermediate-level candidate.
• Consideration for candidates with less experience (salary adjusted accordingly).
