Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team working on the Anglian Water Alliance.

Norwich / Ipswich

45 hours per week – some flexibility available.

• Day‑to‑day management of supervisors, delivery teams and subcontractors on site.
• Effective utilisation of time and resources to meet budgets and delivery programmes.
• Implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality, environmental and performance standards.
• Ensure work meets required water industry regulations and Anglian Water approved standards.
• Highlight and report cost and progress issues in a timely manner through proactive and innovative situation solving skills.

• Effective management of subcontractors with excellent customer relationship skills within the construction/utilities/water industry.
• SMSTS, CSCS and NRSWA Supervisor tickets.
• People management experience.
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft programmes.
• Full driving licence.
