Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a reputable business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team, delivering commercial and estimating duties across groundworks and civil engineering projects. In this role, you will procure and manage subcontractors, manage contract variations, prepare and submit monthly valuations, forecast and control costs, and measure, prepare, appraise and submit tenders.

Salary/Package:
Circa £75,000 per annum

• Relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role
• Proven track record within groundworks and civil engineering
• Experience managing subcontractors and contract variations
• Experience preparing valuations and tenders
• Strong commercial and cost control awareness
