Reporting to the Regional Technical Director, the Digital Engineering Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of all Digital Engineering and pre‑fabrication activities across assigned projects. The role ensures that these activities are delivered within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline, supporting the successful execution of projects and contributing to the overall efficiency and innovation within SES processes.

• Project Coordination and Representation:
  Act as the primary Digital Engineering representative at the project level for internal and external stakeholders, managing all related activities for the SES Business Unit.
• Scope, Cost, and Programme Management:
  Oversee and align the scope, budget, and timeline of Digital Engineering, coordination, and prefabrication work with the original proposal.
• Technical Support and Quality Assurance:
  Provide design and coordination advice across all project stages, ensuring technical quality, compliance with BIM standards, and integration of DFMA principles.
• Team Leadership and Strategic Support:
  Lead and develop the SES BU Digital Team, support strategic Digital Engineering initiatives, and ensure adherence to ISO
  19650 accreditation standards.
