The Commercial Engineer will work closely with our engineering teams to provide technical solutions to clients, attending premises for service, breakdown, and repair work. You must be a COCN1 gas qualified engineer with experience in commercial gas heating and hot water systems.

• Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of properties across the region.
• Maintain high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
• Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.

• Friendly and professional attitude, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring all works meet required standards.
• Experience working on commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
• COCN1 Qualified.
