Position: FP&A Manager (Permanent)

As an FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the budget cycle and year-end processes. Key Responsibilities:

As the FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Budget Cycle Ownership:
Lead the budget-setting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Year-End Preparation:
Coordinate year-end financial processes, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Manage rolling monthly forecasts, providing timely insights to senior leadership.
Team Leadership:
Lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring quality delivery and effective communication.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance and Governance:
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

Required

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or Senior Finance professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on experience with budget cycles, forecasting, and year-end preparation.
Leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Salary offered is dependent on experience
