We are recruiting for an organised and proactive
HR Administrator
to join our team within the
Civil Works Alliance (CWA)— a partnership between Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O’Rourke, working together to deliver the Sizewell C project.

As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations — ensuring our data, processes, and systems run seamlessly. You’ll work closely with the Senior HR Administrator and the wider HR team to:

Keep our HR data accurate and up to date

Support onboarding and induction for new starters

Coordinate IT requests and onboarding communications

Manage leaver processes and maintain confidentiality

Help deliver HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
