Technical Solution Architect

Duration: 3 months to start with

Location:
Suffolk/London area, up to 3 times a week

Hybrid
- Site is Suffolk 0-2 days per week, varying, London up to 1 day a week.

SC Cleared

• Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of MPN
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
• Produce appropriate Migration documentation

• Customer engagement and interaction skills
• Ability to generate quality documentation
• Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity, Mobile Connectivity Solutions
• Excellent knowledge of LAN & WIFI knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing.
• General networking, LAN, WAN, MERAKI, WAN to LAN integration, QoS along with general access and security controls
