This role is part of the Consulting Technical Team, focused on the development and delivery of training across RSM’s Risk and Governance solution. You will design, refresh and deliver blended learning programmes that equip our consultants with relevant, engaging knowledge.

• Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early‑career and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
• Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy and compliance with current standards.
• Translate business needs into practical learning experiences.
• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
• Experience managing projects to ensure delivery within agreed time frames.
• Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
• CIA, ACA or CA qualification with strong knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
