Warranty Executive Volkswagen

Marriott Motor Group is recruiting for a Group Warranty Executive based at Ipswich Volkswagen.

As a Warranty Executive, you will be responsible for accurately submitting warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis, while efficiently administering manufacturer warranty systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Process all policy claims promptly and ensure customer reimbursements are correct.
• Support costing activities and ensure Workshop Controller procedures align with company standards.
• Complete all documentation in line with the Assurance Policy.
• Maintain strict control over displaced material returned.
• Review and clear weekly statements, investigating overdue or unpaid claims and discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit all warranty claims for payment.
• Uphold company standards regarding funds, premises, vehicles, and other resources.

• Previous experience handling warranty queries in the automotive sector is highly advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical information accurately.
• Familiarity with standard forms and documentation processes.
• Strong numeracy skills and experience working with financial statements.
• Highly organised and able to follow structured processes logically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Computer literate; experience with Kerridge/CDK is desirable but not essential.
