IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who wants their work to really matter?

We're looking for a driven and collaborative IT Project Manager to join a purpose-led not-for-profit organisation in Ipswich on a 10-month fixed term contract, supporting the implementation and integration of a business-critical system that will directly enhance how the organisation delivers its services.

Hybrid working - Full-time with 3 days a week onsite in Ipswich

The Role

You'll take ownership of a high-profile systems project from planning through to delivery, ensuring successful implementation, seamless integration, and strong stakeholder engagement throughout.

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a business-critical system implementation
• Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensuring smooth system integration with existing platforms
• Translating technical detail into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Supporting change management and user adoption

About You

You'll bring a calm, structured approach to complex projects and thrive in collaborative, mission-driven environments.

• Proven experience delivering IT systems or digital transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with system integration and working with third-party vendors
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
• An appreciation for working within the not-for-profit or values-led sector (desirable, not essential)
