We're Employment Specialists Ltd - for 30 years we've been the go-to Recruitment Consultant for East Anglia's leading Insurers, Brokers and MGAs. Now we're looking for someone with Insurance experience to join our team and help connect brilliant candidates with these top-tier Clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, Linked In and job boards
• Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
• Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates' skills and aspirations
• Building your network across brokers, insurers, and MGAs
• Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team with candidate management
• Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the insurance world

• An insurance professional ready for something different
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Confident on the phone and naturally good with people
• Looking to escape the typical Insurance pressures whilst using your expertise

• Currently working in Personal Lines, Commercial, Claims, Underwriting, or Broking
