Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join their leadership team in Ipswich. This is a key role within the practice, offering significant autonomy, client responsibility, and the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of their private client tax services.

• Oversee personal tax, trust, estate, CGT, and IHT matters for high-value clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning, succession, and estate advice.
• Manage complex HMRC enquiries, investigations, and settlements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and departmental strategy.
• Ensure portfolio profitability, operational efficiency, and quality control.

• CTA qualified (or ATT with senior experience); ACA/ACCA desirable.
• 7–10 years’ experience in UK private client taxation.
• Proven track record managing high-net-worth and complex clients.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and business development skills.
• Experience with international tax, non-doms, or corporate/partnership taxation is a plus.
