Supporting the Retail Branch Manager, you’ll make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. • Store standards – alongside the Branch Manager, ensure everything runs smoothly from front of house to the warehouse.
• Inspire your team – be hands‑on, lead by example, and motivate your team to give a great customer experience.
• Store management – budgets, rota, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management and profit improvement.

• Experience in management and a desire to take your career to the next level.
• Instinctive understanding of customer needs, delivering on expectations.
• Strong drive to hit targets and inspire those around you.
• Inquisitive, always questioning and continually improving.
