Supporting the Retail Branch Manager, you’ll make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities- Store standards – alongside the Branch Manager, ensure everything runs smoothly from front of house to the warehouse.
- Inspire your team – be hands‑on, lead by example, and motivate your team to give a great customer experience.
- Store management – budgets, rota, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management and profit improvement.
- Experience in management and a desire to take your career to the next level.
- Instinctive understanding of customer needs, delivering on expectations.
- Strong drive to hit targets and inspire those around you.
- Inquisitive, always questioning and continually improving.
- Passionate about the business.
- Friendly, flexible, reliable and honest.
