We're seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Ipswich office. You'll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Ipswich, we’d welcome your application.
Responsibilities- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports

Qualifications- Minimum 1+ year(s) of previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Proficient IT skills
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car.
- Automatic‑only licences are not accepted at this time.
- £27,380 to £34,880 OTE per annum
, dependent on experience - Company car
- Full‑time hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays and 09:00‑17:00 (one Saturday in every four, with a day‑in‑lieu)
