Suffolk New College are looking to appoint an Apprenticeships Manager to lead on the operational and strategic aspects of Apprenticeships you will work closely with the other Apprenticeship Manager and Executive team to pro-actively support lead and develop staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience. You will need proven experience and expert knowledge of Apprenticeship provision with inspirational leadership qualities and the ability to build and develop highly effective and sustainable relationships with employers and external stakeholders.

• be responsible for the overarching operational management of Apprenticeships
• lead on the management of the quality of the provision including co-ordinating and tracking centrally
• secure outcomes in line with Key Performance Indicators
• manage communication both externally with employers and internally across curriculum and other relevant college teams
• manage Trainers and Progress Coaches aligned to a range of Standards linked to the focus of the job remit
• lead on best practice via streamlining and refining apprenticeship systems and processes including Smart Assessor Pro-Monitor and Google.

Suffolk New College is based in Ipswich the county town of Suffolk near the thriving waterfront and town centre. The college also has the Suffolk Rural Campus at Otley and the On the Coast provision with centres in Halesworth and Leiston. As Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
