This is a unique opportunity to support St Elizabeth Hospice to deliver a People Management System over a 10 month period. If you're IT savvy and can hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you!
We are now recruiting for a volunteer to help with the implementation of our new People Management system. You will be supporting the project management team with practical and administrative tasks. These will include –
- Assisting with configuration and testing of the system
- Assisting to develop user guides and training sessions for managers and staff
- Attending and contributing to the Project Oversight Group when invited to do so
If you have excellent IT skills and experience with databases, excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working as part of a friendly team, we’d love to hear from you.
This project is due to start in February and will run for 10 months. We can be flexible but a regular commitment of one day a week is preferred.
All volunteers will receive training to support them in their role.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
