A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• Focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
